Terms
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Introduction
By using WebAnimate and related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Ownership
All source code, project files, and website templates distributed through WebAnimate.online are original works authored and developed by WebAnimate and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. While certain animations may be conceptually inspired by notable websites for educational context, all code shared through this membership is created solely by WebAnimate. No third-party code is used in any resource provided through this membership.
Permitted use
Members are granted a personal license to use WebAnimate resources in their own personal and commercial projects. The intent of this membership is to equip you with high-quality, working examples that serve as a foundation for building your own original work.
To make the most of these resources and to ensure your work carries its own identity, it is strongly recommended to make meaningful modifications rather than shipping them directly into production as-is. This includes adapting the layout, imagery, typography, color palette, and overall visual direction to suit your project. Where possible, consider refining or reimagining the animations themselves. You have working, functional code in front of you. Use it as a springboard, not a shortcut.
Prohibited use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Redistributing, reselling, leasing, licensing, or sub-licensing any WebAnimate resources to any third party, whether modified or unmodified
- Uploading to websites, marketplaces, repositories, or any public or private distribution channel
- Sharing on social media platforms, whether credited or presented as your own
- Offering as part of your own membership, course, tutorial, or digital product
- Repackaging with superficial changes and presenting as your own work
The resources provided through this membership are for your use only. They are not to be shared, distributed, or made available to anyone outside of your own projects.
Enforcement
WebAnimate actively monitors for unauthorized use and redistribution of its content. Any violation of these terms will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be pursued. Legal action has been taken successfully in the past to enforce these terms and will continue to be taken going forward.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing the WebAnimate membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
